ROLE OF OMS

Superior value creation is the ultimate challenge and the ultimate scorecard for any company's performance. Operation Management System (OMS), a unique strategic experiment of its kind, is a team of experts who work closely with the client to develop an operational flow chart of responsibilities. The OMS team also takes care of the transitional phase and makes sure alloperations run smoothly and are self-sustainable through the Following formats:

 

- Daily checklist
- Schedule of Housekeeping jobs
- Daily activity reports
- Records of the inventory of Material & Machines
- Major happenings of the day
- Details of extra work done

 

Deployment and job responsibility of each staff would be prepared by our design team and the Supervisors& Staff will be trained to fill them up. Practical training would be given to the staff and the supervisors while on the job to ensure their proper working and getting the best potential out of each staff. Oncethe operations become smooth the design team will pull out from the site, but in case of any lapses senior supervisors would be sent in again to solve any problems and would find solutions for smooth functioning ofthesite.

 

MONITORING AND FEEDBACK

To ensure high degree of alertness and commitment towards responsibility we have developed a very strong on - off site Monitoring Feedback system for our organization. It includes

- Attendance & Daily work checklist.
- Weeklychecklistof responsibilities.
- Bi-Weekly Site inspection reports to be submitted.
- Stock- pettycash inspection report.
- Random spot-checks&Performance audits.
- 24X7 helpline available to receive & respond.
